You agree to: Provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. Pay all charges incurred through your account. RIMRC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

  3. Donations and Registration Fees: If you are making a donation or paying for an event registration: Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Registration fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the event description. Please retain your confirmation email as proof of payment.

  4. Refunds and Cancellations: We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund:

    Include your full name, transaction ID, and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
